In June 2015 in Tula in court an administrative case regarding the publication of a photo with a swastika in social network.
In June 2015, an administrative case was initiated in Tula on Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and demonstration of Nazi symbols).
The case was initiated against a local resident, E., who published on his page on the social network "VKontakte" a photo with a swastika.
The case was transferred to the judicial district No. 70 of the Soviet district of the city Tula.
