Novocheboksarsk: investigation into the case of publishing xenophobic videos on social networks has been completed

In June 2015 in the city of Novocheboksarsk, Chuvashskaya Republic, a criminal case was initiated under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code against a 16-year-old teenager who posted xenophobic videos on social media. The case was opened against a 16-year-old teenager who is suspected in what he published in October and November 2014 in one of the social networks some xenophobic videos.

Unfortunately, what kind of videos are we talking about and against whom? they were sent, not reported.

In July 2015, the investigation was completed and the case was transferred to the Novocheboksarsky City Court for consideration on the merits.   Sources
