The court in Asbest, Sverdlovsk region, recognized the Dulles Plan as extremist material.
On June 5, 2015 it became known that the Asbestovsky city the court recognized as extremist material the text "Dulles' plan to destroy the USSR (Russia)".
The court agreed with the conclusions of the examination conducted in the forensic laboratories of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region. According to the authors of the study, this text contains information aimed at "inciting hatred and enmity towards representatives of state power of modern Russia ."
In the spring of 2015, unknown people threw in mailboxes residents of Asbest leaflets, on one side of which was the text "The Dulles Plan for destruction of the USSR (Russia)", and on the other - the text "Last wishes" Ivanam "".
"The Dulles Plan" (or "The Dulles Doctrine") attributed to the head CIA to Allen Dulles, allegedly lies in the hidden moral decay of the population. There is no conclusive evidence for the existence of such a document. It is assumed that it is composed mainly of the statements of the negative hero Anatoly Ivanov's novel Eternal Call.
In any case, in the known text of this document, there are no and signs of extremist activity, and "incitement of hatred and enmity by attitude towards representatives of state power in modern Russia".
