In June 2015, the prosecutor's office of the Kominternovsky district of the city of Voronezh reported that in January and September 2012 "a 16-year-old Voronezh resident, who considers himself a nationalist, was at home distributing files of extremist content through his personal page of the Vkontakte social network " . On the Internet, he posted videos and photographs dedicated to the skinhead movement. The teenager is under investigation .
Experts from the Center for Information and Analytical Technologies in Moscow found in the videos " calls and inducements to violent actions against a group of people distinguished by a combination of national, ethnic, religious and racial characteristics ."
