A leaflet manufacturer was fined in Samara

Samara entrepreneur fined under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

On June 18, 2015 it became known that on June 1, 2015 Leninsky District Court of Samara found businessman Viktor Lunin guilty under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials) and fined him 2,000 rubles.

The offense is seen in the fact that Lunin printed 100 leaflet with slogan "Die for your homeland, and not because of drunkenness" (paragraph 903 of the Federal List of Extremist materials) and an unnamed number of leaflets with a painting Alexandra Savko "Sermon on the Mount", named in the message prosecutor's office "Jesus Christ in the form of Mickey Mouse" (p. 1271 Federal List of Extremist Materials).

The court also decided to confiscate leaflets and equipment on which they were made.

Description of the leaflet "Die for your country, not for drunkenness" given by the prosecutor's office differs somewhat from that given in the Federal List of Extremist Materials, so the degree of legality of punishment for it is unclear.
