On June 29, 2015, the Solikamsk city prosecutor's office of Permsky announced that it had found an extremist video on a social network. According to the prosecutor's office, a resident of Solikamsk posted and stored on his page in the social network VKontakte " a video file containing propaganda of violence, interethnic, interracial hatred and enmity, recognized by the court as material of extremist content and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials ."
The Solikamsk City Court of the Perm Territory found the Internet user guilty of an administrative offense under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials included in the published federal list of extremist materials, as well as their storage for the purpose of mass distribution) and sentenced him to a fine of 2,000 rubles.
The video file was deleted by the user voluntarily.
