At the end of June 2015, in the Smolensk region, the case of anti-Caucasian and anti-Semitic materials on the social network was sent to court.
At the end of June 2015, the Safonov inter-district prosecutor's office approved the indictment in a criminal case against a local resident accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity).

According to the indictment, a local resident posted on his page on the social network, " images and text aimed at inciting hatred towards people of Jewish nationality and people from the Caucasus ."

The criminal case, together with the approved indictment, was sent to the court for consideration on the merits. Sources
