At the end of June 2015, in the Vladimir region, a resident of the city of Kolchugino was convicted for involving his underage son in extremist criminal activities.
On June 29, 2015, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Vladimir Region announced that the court had passed a sentence on a 34-year-old resident of the city of Kolchugino. He was found guilty under Part 4 of Art. 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (involving a minor in the commission of a crime motivated by national and religious hatred).
The Kolchuginsky City Court sentenced the convicted person to 5 years of suspended liberty.
The investigation and the court established that since the summer of 2013, the man, " being an adherent of the nationalist ideology, began to impose his views on his 13-year-old son and his peers, calling for the use of violence against persons of non-Slavic origin and "Gentiles"" .
Earlier it was reported that a man and three teenagers were accused of attacking citizens of Tajikistan. They were charged with p. "b" part 2 of Art. 116 of the Criminal Code (beating motivated by national hatred). A resident of Kolchugino also charged under Part 2 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code (threat to kill), part 4 of Art. 150 UK (involvement of a minor in the commission of a crime based on national and religious hatred) and Part 2 of Art. 167 of the Criminal Code (intentional damage to someone else's property).
According to the articles of accusation related to encroachment on the health and property of foreign citizens, the court terminated the criminal prosecution after reconciliation of the parties.
Given that the minor continues to communicate with his father, the investigation has drawn the attention of the prevention system to the situation.
