SBU handed over to Washington a dossier about the participation of the Russian military in the Ukrainian conflict

The Barack Obama administration received a special dossier under the name “Russian aggression against Ukraine”, compiled by the Ukrainian intelligence services and dated June 16, 2015. This was reported by Bloomberg, which published a document and received confirmation of American officials that it was received.

The SBU dossier claims that five Russian generals play the key role in the commanding forces of the self-proclaimed republics of Donbass: Major General Oleg Tsekov, Major General Valery Solodchuk, Major General Sergei Kuzovlev, Major General Alexei Zavizion and Major General Roman Shadrin. In addition, the document also mentions Colonel Anatoly Barankevich, who was previously allegedly the Minister of Defense of the Unrecognized Republic of South Ossetia.

According to RBC, it also follows from the report that in Ukraine there are 15 battalion-tactical groups of the Russian armed forces, with a total number of 8 thousand 960 military personnel. At the same time, with the ranks of the armed detachments of the DPR and the LPR, according to the SBU, there are more than 33 thousand people. The dossier says that, according to the Ukrainian special services, 108 training camps were deployed to prepare the personnel of the armed groups of the DPR and the LPR. 39 of them is located in Russia, 20 - in Lugansk, 34 - in Donetsk, 13 - in Crimea, one at one in Transnistria and Abkhazia.

As for weapons, according to the authors of the report, 190 tanks and 532 units of other armored vehicles, militias, according to the SBU, have 368 tanks and 940 armored military vehicles, in the service of the authors of the report.

Moscow repeatedly rejected all the accusations of participating in the war in the Donbass, recognizing only that Russian volunteers can fight there.
