Monument to People's Volunteers desecrated in Lipetsk

In early July 2015, vandals desecrated the Monument to the Narodnaya Volya in Lipetsk.

At the beginning of July 2015 in Lipetsk, images of a swastika, the emblem of the SS, the rune "odal", "wolf hook", "tyur-runes" and the inscription "skins" appeared on the monument to the People's Will.

Media reports that the monument is desecrated for the third time.
