In the Kemerovo region, a case of participation in an extremist organization was brought to court

A criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code against a resident of Novokuznetsk.

On July 6, 2015 it became known that in Novokuznetsk to the Zavodskoy District Court a criminal case initiated on January 21, 2015 under Part 1 of Art. 2 tbsp. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization) against a local a resident, a 38-year-old native of Kyrgyzstan, who has Russian citizenship.

A resident of Novokuznetsk is accused of participating in the activities of a "forbidden religious association", in which, according to the investigation, he was with 2009 to 2014

Obviously, we are talking about the accusation of collaborating with the Muslim movement "Tablighi Jamaat" or non-existent, but prohibited in Russian religious association "Nurdzhular" . Both organizations are prohibited, from our point of view, without justification, and accusations of participation in them illegal.
