The case of posting xenophobic information on the Internet has been sent to court

At the beginning of July 2015, in Orekhovo-Zuevo, the prosecutor's office sent a criminal case to court against a teenager from the city of Likino-Dulyovo, accused of posting xenophobic information on the Internet.

In early July 2015, the Orekhovo-Zuevskaya city prosecutor's office approved the indictment in a criminal case against a 17-year-old resident of the city of Likino-Dulyovo. He is charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred or enmity).

According to the investigation, the young man posted " extremist information " on his personal page on the Internet.

The case was sent to the Orekhovo-Zuevsky city court for consideration on the merits.
