In July 2015 in Ussuriysk (Primorsky Territory) the court sentenced in a criminal case against an 18-year-old vandal accused of writing xenophobic graffiti on the walls of houses. In early July 2015, the Ussuriysk District Court sentenced a local resident who was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).

Recall that in January 2015, a young man wrote on one of the houses on Stakhanov Street with the help of a spray can with paint inscriptions, which, according to the conclusions of the examination, "contain linguistic and psychological signs of incitement to commit violent acts against Jews, humiliation of the human dignity on a national basis, incitement of enmity (hatred, discord) in relation to a group of persons distinguished on a national basis .

The court sentenced him to 280 hours of compulsory labor with serving a sentence at an object determined by the local government in agreement with the criminal executive inspection.

The verdict did not enter into force.
