Polina Zherebtsova's letter to Mikhail Khodorkovsky recognized as extremist

The Troitsk city court of the Chelyabinsk region in March 2015 banned several materials from one of the Ichkerian sites.

July 6, 2015 from the update of the Federal List of Extremist materials, we became aware that on March 12, 2015 the Trinity city the court of the Chelyabinsk region recognized as extremist a number of materials from one of the Ichkerian sites (obviously, the address of the site in the Federal list has been changed: the address nohchipress.info indicated there leads to an English-language site about gardening). They were included to the Federal List under the number 2868. Among them, an open letter from Polina Zherebtsova, the author of a children's diary about life in Grozny during the war years, to Mikhail Khodorkovsky.

The letter was also published on the Openrussia website, it was written in response to Khodorkovsky's statement that he was ready to fight for preservation of the North Caucasus as part of Russia. Zherebtsova writes about war crimes federal troops against the civilian population in Chechnya and that such a position Khodorkovsky means readiness to share responsibility for them. Zherebtsova declares that after everything she has experienced, she is embarrassed by Russian citizenship "as shameful servitude."

From our point view, there are no signs of extremism in the text, the court decision on its ban is unlawful.
