A case has been opened in the Novgorod region for posting a xenophobic video file on the Internet

At the beginning of July 2015, a criminal case was initiated in the Novgorod region on posting a xenophobic video file on the Internet.
In early July 2015, the Investigative Committee for the Novgorod Region initiated a criminal case against a local resident (born in 1983). He is suspected under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred or enmity).

According to investigators, the suspect posted a xenophobic video file on his page on the social network.
