In Mytishchi, a criminal case was sent to court for xenophobic information on a social network

In early July 2015, the Mytishchi city prosecutor's office sent a criminal case against Ivan Shmuratov to court for xenophobic information on a social network.
In early July 2015, the Mytishchi city prosecutor's office approved the indictment in a criminal case against 26-year-old Ivan Shmuratov. He is charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred or enmity).

According to the investigation, Shmuratov posted extremist information on his website in one of the social networks.

The criminal case was sent to the Mytishchi city court for consideration on the merits.
