The lawyer announced the need for a new medical examination of Kvachkov in mid -May. Kvachkov himself said that he was preparing partisans in case of war with a foreign aggressor. At the same time, in court, he defended the right to an uprising.

On July 1, 2015, the FSB searched Kvachkov’s apartment . The search was held in the case open against the employees of the Algorithm publishing house in connection with the publication of the colonel’s book “Who rules Russia”, which was recognized as extremist .
