Swastika in Chelyabinsk
On August 15, 2015, in Chelyabinsk, a vandal drew a swastika on the monument to a Soviet soldier and on the list of fallen soldiers of the Great Patriotic War.
The suspect under Part 2 of Art. 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (vandalism) fled from authorities, his whereabouts are unknown.
