Another administrative arrest of Dmitry Demushkin

September 11, 2015 in Moscow Nagatinsky District Court considered an administrative case under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public demonstration prohibited symbols) against the leader of the association "Russians" Dmitry Demushkin.

The case was initiated on the fact that D. Demushkin published on his page on the social network "VKontakte" photographs in which there are symbols of the banned organizations DPNI and the Slavic Union .

The court found the nationalist guilty and sentenced to 15 days administrative arrest.

D. Demushkin himself believes that his arrest was necessary for so that he could not be present in the Moscow City Court at a meeting on the recognition extremist of his movement Association "Russians".

Recall that this is not the first arrest of D. Demushkin this year. IN In August, the same Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow sentenced him to 15 days administrative arrest for posting a picture of a zombie wearing swastika. Earlier, in April, the nationalist was arrested for 8 days for swearing in public place.
