NSI recognized as extremist

Recall that the prosecutor's office of St. Petersburg applied to the court to recognize the organization as extremist in July 2015. The check showed that the representatives of the organization “spread the ideas of National Socialism, similar to the ideology of Nazi Germany, reflecting exclusivity, the superiority of a person on the basis of his nationality or origin ." Autonomous cells led by leader Dmitry Bobrov are located in the Kurgan region and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district - Yugra. In 2011, in Cherepovets, the court already recognized the unit of the NSI as extremist.

Dmitry (Schultz) Bobrov opposed the plaintiffs for more than two hours on each paragraph of the prosecutor's statement. According to media reports, " Schultz poured definitions from dictionaries, and also quoted an article by Vladimir Putin in Nezavisimaya Gazeta about the Russian people ."

However, despite this, the court found the arguments of the prosecutor's office justified, and the organization banned.

Dmitry Bobrov said that most likely he would not appeal the decision.
