The page with the "Book of Monotheism" on the Issuu.com portal has been added to the Unified Register of Prohibited Sites. The basis for blocking Roskomnadzor considered a court decision relating to a page located on another site - nurr.ru.

The reason for entering the portal into the register was the decision of the Zuevsky District Court of the Kirov Region, according to which the page of the site nurr.ru, which hosts the "Book of Monotheism", recognized as extremist in 2007 The number of this particular court decision appears in the registry entry about blocking Issuu.com.

At the same time, there is no reference to the issuu.com portal in the text of this court decision. Thus, the issuu.com portal was blocked based on the decision to block another site.

Although the URL of the page with the book is entered into the registry, some providers block access to Issuu.com as a whole. So, publications of members of the Moscow Union of Writers who use this resource turned out to be inaccessible to 2KOM users.
