The Moscow City Court recognized the arrest of D. Tsorionov as legal

The Moscow City Court recognized the arrest of the leader of "God's Will" Dmitry Tsorionov, who staged a pogrom at an exhibition in Manege, as legal. It was decided to leave the complaint against this verdict without satisfaction.

On October 28, 2015, the Moscow City Court rejected the appeal of the leader of the “God’s Will” group, Dmitry Tsorionov (Enteo), who challenged the legality of the administrative arrest to which he was sentenced by the Tverskoy Court of Moscow for the pogrom at the exhibition of Soviet sculptures in Manege.

The Moscow City Court found no reason to change the decision of the Tverskoy Court and declared the verdict legal.

The court refused to allow D. Tsorionov's lawyer to interrogate the police who drew up the report on the pogrom, as well as to re-interrogate Georgy Soldatov, who was arrested for five days for the pogrom.

Let us remind you that the leader of “God's Will” was found guilty of petty hooliganism, sentenced to ten days of arrest and has already served his sentence. A criminal case has been initiated into the pogrom under Art. 243 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (destruction or damage to cultural property).
