Krasnodar: administrative fine for publishing prohibited audio clips on a social network

December 2015 in Krasnodar the court fined a local resident for 1,000 rubles for publishing some banned audio clips in the social network.

In December 2015, an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident who published in one from social networks some banned audio recordings recognized as extremist by decision of the Yurginsky city court of the Kemerovo region.

Most likely, we are talking about the songs of a supporter of the separation of Chechnya from Russia, a participant in the first Chechen war on the part of the separatists T. Mutsuraev, which were banned on April 14, 2010 and included in the Federal List extremist materials (p. 691).

The court found the young man guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 1000 rubles.
