In the Rostov region, the case of anti-Armenian statements was brought to court

On December 16, 2015, a criminal case on public statements and calls for violence against Armenians was submitted to the court in the Rostov region.

On December 16, 2015, the Salsky MSO of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Rostov Region completed the investigation of the criminal case against Alik Ibragimov. He is charged under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred or enmity)

According to the investigation, in August 2015, the accused in the village of Tselina, Rostov region, " in the presence of a large number of people ", spoke negatively about the Armenians, " persuading those in front of him of the need to commit ... violent acts, the formation of an aggressive behavioral stereotype of responding to Armenians ".

During the investigation of the criminal case, the accused admitted his guilt in full.

The criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
