On December 15, 2015, the court, at the request of the Central District Prosecutor of the city of Kaliningrad recognized as extremist material the song of the group "Eggs Faberge.
The prosecutor's office of the Central District of the city of Kaliningrad during the audit found that in November 2014, six residents of the region at the stadium "Baltika" during a football match between the teams "Baltika" (Kaliningrad) - "Anji" (Makhachkala), shouted lines from the songs "Hools" Russian group Faberge Eggs. In August 2015, a criminal case was initiated on this fact under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting ethnic hatred). In the content of the text from the songs "Hools" by the "Faberge Eggs" group, "linguistic and psychological signs of incitement of enmity, hatred (discord) in relation to a group of persons identified on a religious basis - Muslims" were found. Note that in the lines from the song “...Basurmans are killed / hooligans, hooligans. / Eat coconuts, eat bananas, / Go back to your countries - / Or you will be destroyed / by a football hooligan”, you can really see calls to incite hatred.
The prosecutor of the Central District of the city of Kaliningrad sent a lawsuit to the court to recognize the indicated musical and text composition as extremist material. The district court granted the prosecutor's demands satisfied in full.
