The court fined an 18-year-old citizen of Kirov for 150 thousand rubles for publication of materials calling for terrorist actions and aimed at to incite hostility towards one of the religious groups.
December 16, 2015 The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kirov region announced the conviction of an 18-year-old resident of the region. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for the implementation terrorist activities), Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity).
According to the investigation and the court, from November 14, 2011 to 3 September 2014, the convict published on the Internet photo and video materials from calls for terrorist activities and violent actions in towards a religious group. What religious group are you talking about? reported.
The court sentenced the young man to a fine of 150 thousand rubles. The verdict has not yet entered into force.
