On November 27, 2015, the Leninsky District Court of Perm fined a local resident under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (storage of extremist literature for the purpose of distribution). The prosecutor's check showed that on the social network "VKontakte" on the page of the user "Sergey Filimonov" the video "Russian, wake up! There is a war against you", recognized as extremist by the Industrial District Court of the city of Kursk on March 12, 2012, was freely available for viewing and copying and included in the federal list of extremist materials (p. 1254).
According to the results of the check, the district prosecutor opened a case on an administrative offense.
The video file has been deleted.
