Trial of an anti-Semitic poet in Moscow

Trial begins in Moscow over Nikolai Bogolyubov, who distributed his books, which contain anti-Semitic remarks.

December 25, 2015 year it became known that the Zamoskvoretsky court began consideration of the case against the poet Nikolai Bogolyubov, accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting ethnic hatred) and Part 1 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).

According to the complex psychological and linguistic forensic expertise, in four books by Bogolyubov - "Dawn is near!", "Russian fire", "The Flame of Russian Fate" and "General Petr Krasnov - Warrior of Holy Rus'", confiscated from him in November 2014, “the hostile attitude of the author towards people Jewish and Jewish nationalities, the author believes that this group of people deserves "contempt".

The author distributed these books at his poetry evening, on the platform VDNKh and at the building of the International Charitable Foundation for Slavic Literature and culture.

In April 2016, during the debate of the parties in the Zamoskvoretsky court, the state prosecution requested punishment in the form of 1.5 years of corrective labor with a monthly deduction of 15% of wages fees and a fine of 300 thousand rubles.

Recall that N. Bogolyubov was one of the speakers at the last "Russian March" on November 4 in Lyublino.
