The State Duma will consider the law on the prohibition of samizdat

For consideration by the State Duma, a draft law was submitted on the ban on the publication of printing products without an appropriate license, the text of the document is posted on the website of the Federal Assembly.

“All entrances are clogged with printing products, all kinds of advertising, no one knows who did it. Booklets with women of easy behavior are distributed on the streets, which is not there. And when you turn to the internal affairs bodies to establish who does this, they cannot find anyone. Without a license and all extremist materials can be spread, ” Slon quoted the author of the initiative, deputy from Fair Russia Igor Zotov.

He also expressed confidence that "everyone who makes something must be responsible for his products."
