In Yakutia, the case under Art. 282 in connection with active repentance

In December 2015 in Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), in connection with active repentance, the court terminated the criminal case against a local resident who published posts against natives on social networks from Central Asia.

In December 2015 in The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was terminated the criminal case under paragraph "a" part 2 of Art. 282 UK (inciting national hatred with the threat of violence).

Recall that the suspect walked on it a local resident born in 1990, who was charged with publishing in social network "VKontakte" of posts directed against immigrants from the Middle Asia.

The case was dismissed due to active remorse.
