Severomorsk: the case of publishing racist videos on social networks has been brought to court

In January 2016, in the city of Severomorsk, Murmansk region, the court was committed to the case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code, initiated against a 25-year-old local resident, who posted racist videos on social media.

In January 2016 in the city of Severomorsk, Murmansk region the investigation into the case of inciting ethnic hatred was completed (Part 1 Art. 282 of the Criminal Code).

A 25-year-old local will soon be in the dock a resident who is accused of what he published on his page in social network "VKontakte" racist videos. Unfortunately the details are not have been reported.

The young man fully admitted his guilt.

The case has already been transferred to the Severomorsky District Court for consideration on the merits.
