Elektrostal: the case against supporters of the banned “Spiritual and Tribal Power of Rus'” has been brought to court

January 2016 in the city of Elektrostal, Moscow Region, an investigation of a criminal cases of participation in the activities of an organization banned by the court (part 2 of article 282.2 UK).

On the bench the defendants will soon be two members of the neo-pagan association "Spiritual-Ancestral Power of Rus'" Dmitry Stepanov and Vitaly Gumirov, whom are accused of having sent to law enforcement agencies and other official departments of letters with information about the activities of this, prohibited, associations.

Earlier in April 2015, it was reported that the case against D. Stepanov was brought to court , and about Nothing was reported to Vitaly Gumirov. Apparently, the case was sent for further investigation, after which the second defendant appeared.

The case was again transferred to the Elektrostalsky City Court of the Moscow Region for consideration on the merits.

Recall that the "Spiritual-Clan Power of Rus'" was recognized as extremist by the decision of the Moscow Regional Court April 5, 2011 can be viewed here ). The organization and its activists have repeatedly become defendants in various criminal, administrative and civil cases.
