Seversk: administrative fine for publishing prohibited songs on social networks

January 25, 2016 in the city of Seversk, Tomsk region, the court considered an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of prohibited materials).

The case was started against a local resident who was accused of that he published several banned neo-Nazi songs of such groups as "Metal Corrosion", "Kolovrat" and "Gang of Moscow". Details, unfortunately, were not reported.

Recall that a number of songs of these groups are listed to the Federal List of Extremist Materials.

The court found the young man guilty and fined him 1,000 rubles.
