In Samara, a verdict was passed for publicly justifying terrorism.
On February 9, 2016, the Moscow District Military Court ruled the verdict against Andrey Aksyutin, who on his page in the social network "VKontakte" justified the actions of ISIS.
The court found him guilty under Part 1 of Art. 205.2 CC (public justification of terrorism) and sentenced to two years in prison to be served in settlement colonies.
