The offense was discovered by employees of the prosecutor's office of the Moscow district of Kazan and the Center "E" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan during the inspection of compliance with the requirements of the law on countering extremist activity. The audit showed that a 26-year-old employee of Zarnitsa Production Association LLC published an image of the symbols of a terrorist organization banned in Russia on his corporate chat page on the local network. At the same time, at least 50 employees of the specified enterprise had free access to the resource.
Based on the results of the check, the district prosecutor's office initiated a case against a 26-year-old citizen on an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public demonstration of the paraphernalia or symbols of an extremist organization).
The Moscow District Court of Kazan sentenced the offender to arrest for a period of 10 days. Sources
