The former Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alfred Koch was declared Russian law enforcement agencies on the international wanted list on the smuggling of the picture of the Soviet artist Isaac Brodsky. It is reported by "Interfax" with reference to its source.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, Kochu is charged with Part 1 of Art. 226 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("smuggling of cultural values"). “Koch in absentia was chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention.
