In February 2016, in Tolyatti, the prosecutor's office brought to court an administrative violation case against the director of the SD-mania store for selling a CD with audio recordings of the Metal Corrosion group.
The prosecutor's office of the Central District of the city of Tolyatti found a CD with audio recordings of the Metal Corrosion group, with songs recognized as extremist in the manner prescribed by law and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials, in the SD-mania store for sale.
The prosecutor's office of the district in relation to the director of SD-mania LLC and the legal entity initiated cases of an administrative offense under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials). The cases were referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
A proposal was submitted to the director of the company to eliminate violations of the legislation on countering extremism.
Acts of the prosecutor's response are under consideration.
