The case of a participant in the “Restrukt” movement was returned to the prosecutor’s office

The court considered the case against Anton Makarov, a member of the Restrukt movement, in a special order. A. Makarov admitted your fault. During the debate The public prosecutor requested six years' imprisonment for the accused strict regime colony, noting that "the accused fully complied with the terms of the pre-trial agreement," and his testimony allowed to prosecute "accomplices".

At the moment, the case of another member of Restrukt, Kirill Filatov, is being considered in the Babushkinsky Court. Filatov pleaded guilty under Part 4 of Art. 111 (intentional infliction of grievous harm to health, resulting in the death of the victim) and Part 4 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code (robbery committed by a group of persons).

The loudest episode participation in which is imputed to A. Makarov and K. Filatov, was the beating of a citizen Azerbaijan Zaura Alysheva. The second joint episode was an attack on a foreign citizen Alexandra Lee. Relatives of A. Makarov compensated this victim for moral damage in the amount of 600 thousand rubles. third and the fourth episode of those responsible to A. Makarov - an attack by a native of Chechnya Shamil Atueva and a native of Akhtubinsk Regina Legay.

Recall that the case against other members of the Rustruct movement, including leader Maxim (Tesak) Martsinkevich, was brought to court in January 2016.
