An administrative case against a resident of the city of Dankov has been sent to court

On March 1, 2016, in the Lipetsk region, an administrative case was filed against a resident of the city of Dankov for posting an extremist video on a social network.

On March 1, 2016, in the Lipetsk region, an administrative case under Art. 20.29 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (production and dissemination of extremist materials).

Earlier, the Dankovskaya interdistrict prosecutor's office, together with the branch of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Lipetsk region in the city of Dankov, conducted an investigation into the fact that a video was freely available on the social network VKontakte, which was recognized as extremist by the decision of the Leninsky District Court of St. Petersburg in 2008.
