Tomsk: administrative fine for publishing banned songs by Timur Mutsuraev

In March 2016 in Tomsk the court fined a local resident who published the banned songs of Timur Mutsuraev. In March 2016, an administrative case was initiated in Tomsk under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident who posted on a social network "VKontakte" several banned songs of Timur Mutsuraev.

Recall that several songs of a supporter of the separation of Chechnya from Russia, a participant the first Chechen war by the separatists T. Mutsuraev were banned on April 14, 2010 and included in the federal list extremist materials (p. 691). The song "Chechnya on fire" was recognized as extremist later, by decision of the Kurgan City Court Kurgan region on July 27, 2013 and also included in the Federal List extremist materials (p. 2055)

The court found the young man guilty and fined.
