An administrative case was initiated against the head of the madrasah who worked without a license under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
On March 10, 2016, the Kizilyurt Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office of Dagestan reported that, based on the results of the audit, it had suspended the activities of the women's madrasah in the village of Kirovaul. In addition to the fact that the madrasah operated without a license, it used publications recognized as extremist in Russia as educational materials.
Cases were initiated against the organizer of the educational institution under Art. 20.29 (mass distribution of extremist materials or their storage for the purpose of mass distribution) and under Part 1 of Art. 19.20 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (carrying out activities not related to making a profit without a special permit (license)). According to Art. On 20.29 Administrative Code, the director of the madrasah D. Magomedov was fined 2,000 rubles.
The reason for the fine was that the books "Muslim Fortress" and "Gardens of the Righteous" were found in the premises of the madrasah. We believe that the collection of prayers "Fortress of the Muslim" was banned illegally . As for "Gardens of the Righteous", this book was generally excluded from the Federal List of Extremist Materials.
