In Orsk, the case against the ultra-right was brought to court

"a, c" part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of ethnic hatred), paragraph "e" part 2 of article 111 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, according to motive of national hatred).

By According to investigators, in 2010, two defendants in Orsk created a group, which later included two more residents of the region. On November 18, 2011, four ultra-rightists, armed with a bat and a knife, attacked a 23-year-old resident Orsk "non-Slavic appearance".

The attackers were identified in 2015.

The investigation collected a sufficient evidence base, the criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to court for a hearing on the merits.
