The man was sentenced to 2 years in prison to be served in a strict regime correctional colony with deprivation of the right to speak publicly in the media, electronic and information and telecommunication networks, including on the Internet and at public events, as well as posting on social networks any information for three years.
Previously, he had already been convicted under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred) for posting "materials of extremist content" on the Internet.
