The site, through which adolescents with non-traditional sexual orientation were supported, “children-404” is closed by the decision of the Central District Court of the city of Barnaul. This was reported on her Facebook by the founder of the site Elena Klimova:

At first, a public community on the social network VKontakte was blocked. After the decision of the Central District Court of Barnaul in relation to the five communities in the aforementioned social network, Roskomnadzor entered them into a single register of prohibited information: that entered into force on September 21, 2015:

“The court recognized the information contained on the pages of these communities, the propaganda of non -traditional sexual relations among adolescents. The names of the groups and the content contained in them are explicitly oriented to the target group "Children/adolescents". At the same time, the communities contain announcements of acquaintances with adolescents for non -traditional sexual relations, candid images of non -traditional sexual relations between adolescents and adults and other kinds of illegal information.
The pages of the site vk.com, on which the materials prohibited by the court are included in the Unified Register of Prohibited Information. The illegal information contained on these pages should be deleted during three business days established by law. ”

The situation around the ban on the activities of the Children-404 project began to develop in 2013 after applying to the court of St. Petersburg deputy Vitaly Milonov . In January 2014, the Nizhny Tagil court opened the case and examined the complaint, but a month later he terminated the proceedings due to the lack of corpus delicti.

In September 2014, members of the “Young Guard” began the campaign against “Children-404”, who collected more than 150 anonymous signatures under the appeal to Roskomnadzor in support of the closure of the project of the project on social networks. The department analyzed the published content and found signs of an offense.

Using the conclusion of Roskomnadzor, the activists of the “Young Guard” again appealed to the Nizhny Tagil court, and in January 2015 he fined Klimov for 50 thousand rubles. In March, she appealed the decision, and the fine was canceled in connection with the "unreasonableness and illegality of the decision." In July, the same court re -fined a resident of Tagil for 50 thousand rubles, and she again announced his intention to appeal the decision.

In parallel with the Tagil processes in early 2015, in St. Petersburg, the activists of the “Young Guard” complained to the community in the prosecutor's office, and she appealed to the Oktyabrsky District Court demanding to block the project in VKontakte. On April 6, the court satisfied the requirement of the prosecutor's office, but the community was not blocked, since Klimova began to appeal the decision.

"Children-404" appeared in 2013. In addition to the community on VKontakte and the site, the project has a Facebook page - she has not yet aroused claims in the courts. In March 2015, Klimova said in an interview with Furfur that the VKontakte page is the largest of the resources of “Children-404” in coverage:

“The main work takes place in it. I mean the publication of comments for a response to letters; There is no such opportunity on the site, and Facebook is not very popular among young people. ”

In their report on the state of human rights in Russia for 2015, the human rights organization of Amnesty International also mentioned the “children-404”.

Apparently, Elena Klimova was ready for such a development of events, since she writes in one of her posts in Feibuka:
