A criminal case has been initiated against the leader of the RFO "Pamyat"

At the beginning of April 2016, a criminal case was initiated in Moscow against the leader of the RFO "Pamyat" Vladimir Ratnikov for xenophobic songs on the social network.

On April 1, 2016, a search was carried out in Moscow at one of the leaders of the Russian Liberation Front (RFO) "Memory" Vladimir Ratnikov. A criminal case was initiated against Ratnikov under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred).

According to the nationalist himself, the case was initiated in connection with the publication of xenophobic and anti-communist songs on the VKontakte social network. He considers, that we are talking about several songs of the Kolovrat group.

Recall that Vladimir Ratnikov has already attracted the attention of law enforcement agencies. On November 4, 2015, he was detained after the Russian March. A protocol was drawn up against him administrative offense under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation a participant in a public event of the established order holding).
