Administrative cases regarding Nazi symbols on social networks

On April 13, 2016, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kostroma Region announced that cases had been opened on administrative offenses for displaying Nazi symbols on social networks in the Krasnoselsky and Makaryevsky districts.

On April 13, 2016, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kostroma Region announced that cases of administrative offenses under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda or public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols). According to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the Krasnoselsky district, a young man (born in 1998) posted on his page an image similar to the swastika. A resident of the Makaryevsky district posted on a social network a video with a Nazi Nazi symbols.
