In the Oryol region, the court recognized a Muslim prayer house as unauthorized construction

By a court decision, the building of a Muslim prayer house in Mtsensk district of the Oryol region was recognized as an illegal construction. On construction complained by local residents.  

April 27, 2016 it became known that the Oryol Regional the court upheld the decision of the Mtsensk District Court on the recognition of unauthorized construction of a Muslim prayer house in the village of Podberezovo. The building must be demolished.

The prayer house was built by a local resident named Nuriddinov. Residents of Podberezovo and Mtsensk, dissatisfied with the construction, held gatherings and complained to the prosecutor's office and the governor.
