Russia can increase the number of aircraft when Sweden entered NATO

The First Deputy Head of the Council of the Council of the Federation of Defense and Security, Yevgeny Serebrennikov, said that Russia will increase the number of aircraft on the north and northwestern borders in the event of Sweden joined NATO, RIA Novosti reports.

“It is not only about military-technical, but also numerical measures. Russia will increase the number of its armed forces in the northern and north-west borders, including the Northern Fleet, in the event of Sweden to join NATO, ”the senator said.

He also emphasized that Russia can place a new type of invulnerable missiles in the northern borders.
