On May 1, 2016, in addition to Moscow, May Day marches of the ultra-right, traditionally called "Russian May Day", took place in several cities of the country.
In St. Petersburg, nationalists took part in a citywide processions. Supporters of the Other Russia party formed their own separate column Edward Limonov. The activists marched with the symbols of the party, the flags of "Novorossia" and the DPR, under the slogan "The Russian world is coming!". In total, in their column there were about 40 people. The third column called "For the unity of the Slavs and the White race" was activists of the "Slavic Force North-West" and autonomous neo-Nazis. The column numbered no more than 20 people.
In Veliky Novgorod nationalists from the NDP and the "Other Russia" joined the rally of the Communist Party. How much it can be judged that very few activists participated from the nationalists.
In Yekaterinburg, the group "Russian March Ural" held procession in the Uralmash area from the intersection of Baku Komissarov and Pobeda streets along Prospekt Kosmonavtov to the cinema "Zarya". Dozens participated Human.
