In May 2016, a second criminal case against the leader of the banned far-right organization "People's Social Initiative” (NSI) by Dmitry Bobrov.
It is reported that the case was initiated upon the publication of D. Bobrov March 21, 2016 in the social network "VKontakte" of the text of the article "Racial Doctrine". D. Bobrov himself insists that the article does not incite national hatred and that is why he posted it on social media again.
Recall that D. Bobrov previously headed the neo-Nazi group "Schulz-88", whose members carried out attacks on foreigners and anti-fascists. In 2003 he was arrested and sentenced to 6 years for creation of an extremist community, was released in 2009. After liberation, he headed the far-right organization NSI, which in September 2015 year was recognized as extremist. Sources
